Health Walk

Join Seachange’s volunteer-led informal walking group on Tuesdays for 2.5-3 mile walk around our local beautiful area and then back to Seachange for refreshments. The walks are Grade 2 or 3 i.e. mainly flat ground following well-defined paths but may have gentle or moderate slopes and some steps and uneven surfaces, possibly in hilly or upland areas.

This is Pebblebed Heaths terrain so the ground can have loose stones. There are also gentle slopes.
