Alphabet Amble – A Beginners Guide To Heathland Botany

Join Dr Sam Bridgewater for a two-hour walk on the heaths in an attempt to find plants starting with every letter of the alphabet. No prior knowledge of botany required. This short two-hour excursion will be a perfect introduction to the dry and wet habitats to be found on the heaths and the many plants they support. All the key heathland species will be encountered, as well as a few rarities.
