Get Guts On The Go: Estuary Exploring
Join Get Guts On The Go for a gentle 3km/2m loop of the Otter Estuary’s level and accessible paths to see the best of this new wetland reserve. Coffee afterwards at The Holt.
Get Guts On The Go provides wellbeing activities for ostomates in Exeter and East Devon who want to get outdoors together. You can expect a friendly and supportive space to connect with like-minded individuals who understand life with a stoma. Whether you’re newly adjusting to life with a stoma or have been living with one for years, Get Guts Support Group aims to break the stigma, celebrate resilience, and prove that life can still be full, happy and active!
